|
 |
A great red wine obtained by respecting pure tradition. The first fermenting process is carried out in autumn. At the beginning of spring it is then re-fermented (“ripassato”) with Amarone grape seeds soaked in wine. This process gives the wine form, personality, aromas and colour.
