VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE DOC RIPASSO "VIGNA MONTECORNA" |
This wine is produced solely from naturally grown grapes from the Valpolicella hills. As a result of the re-fermenting process with the Amarone grape seeds which are still soaked in must, and using traditional “ripasso” technique, this wine gains immense body and a strong aroma. This wine has a strong and imposing character with good form, yet remains perfectly balanced.
