ROSSO VERONESE IGT "CORTE CONTI CAVALLI" |
Using the Corvina grape variety as a base, old native vines from the Valpolicella region are added. After the grapes are lightly withered and fermented the wine is put into small oak barrels to mature. The refining of the wine in bottles for over 6 months is the final touch that gives the harmonious notes reminiscent of the high quality IGT.
