RECIOTO CLASSICO DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOC |
This wine has great personality obtained by selecting a particular type of grape (the “recie” grape) from the Valpolicella region.
The wine making process is carried out at the end of January, after the grapes wither in traditional fruit storage rooms. The wine is left to rest in the bottle for about one year to maintain its youth while at the same time reaching its peak in terms of quality |
